De Groote Zee En Rivier-Vis-Markt C1670 Very early copper plate engraving by Isaak Commelin dating from around 1670. I know very little about this engraving other than it is the Dam with the fish market seen from the west. The picture, which has later hand colouring, has a small repaired tear top right encroaching around 10mm onto the image. there is also some minor repaired tears to the bottom border but these will mount out.
